    At Uptown American we want you to be in love with your cloth , If you have changed your mind or simply have chosen the size which is wrong you are more than welcome to send the cloth back to us . We will take care of it .

    Orders for sale items cannot be refunded ONLY exchange / store credit . A written claim for shortage or damage must be made within 20 days of receipt of the style. 

    Please inspect all items upon arrival. A written claim for dissatisfaction for any other reason must be made within 20 days of receipt of the style. 

    Return and exchange requests for non-sale merchandise are accepted for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.

    The request must contain the style number, the reason for the request and whether your want a refund or exchange.

    If you decide to return the merchandise, you are responsible for return cost. After the return arrives in our warehouse, we will refund your credit card /or any other method of payments that you use /or ship an exchange or replacement for free, no freight. 

    Please note that we are unable to provide return labels for Canadian customers. After receiving approval from us for the return, please return items to us by Canadian Post . We do not pay return / exchange shipping cost on international orders.

    Orders for sale items are Final Sale.
