Uptown American orders with Standard Ground Shipping will take 24-48 hours to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders processed before 11:00 AM PST (2:00 PM EST) will be shipped same day. Please keep in mind we only conduct business during the business days, Monday through Friday. Therefore, orders will not be processed or shipped on the weekends or holidays so remember this when choosing the shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.
Standard Ground Shipping is always free when your order is over $30 . Orders shipped through Standard Ground Shipping are usually shipped within 24-48 hours and will arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Delivery days are Monday through Friday. Cost of standard shipping is $11 for orders less than $30 otherwise its free .
Expedited Shipping ( 2-3 Days ): Of course! Expedited Shipping is available and is only offered for orders shipped in the Continental United States. It takes about 2-3 days and its $24 Flat Rate. Feel free to contact a customer service representative if you need an expedited shipping quote for Alaska or Hawaii (excluding holidays).
Overnight Shipping will be a flat rate of $36.00. Any Overnight orders confirmed prior to 11:00 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be processed and shipped same day, dependent on credit card verification( Please note some Zip Codes DO NOT have over night shipping )Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be shipped on the next Monday (excluding holidays).

We are able to ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes using free standard shipping. The delivery time to ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes differs and is usually longer compared to our standard 4-10 business day Ground Shipping. Orders are shipped to Alaska and Hawaii through the United States Postal Service (USPS) for a flat rate of $10.00. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii usually takes between 8-21 business days. Orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you are able to track on USPS.com.

Free Return Shipping is available if you use our Return Label ( when you exchange only ) within 365 days of when your package arrives ( Exclude Hawaii & Alaska ).
You can ship the returned item(s) back with an insured and traceable shipping carrier of your choosing. We advise keeping a receipt for all returned shipments and saving it for your personal records. Unfortunately we are unable to supply you with a return label for Hawaii and Alaska in any case. In order to minimize costs of shipping, packaging materials, and time feel free to return items from different orders in one package. Be sure to include the respective order numbers for each individual item being sent in the package.

Additional shipping fees are dependent on what new shipping form you select. If you want to cancel an order that was returned to Uptown American, a $7.00 return shipping cost will be taken out of your refund to pay the cost of processing your order.
