    When can I expect when my order will ship?

    Uptown American orders with Standard Ground Shipping will take 24-48 hours to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders processed before 11:00 AM PST (2:00 PM EST) will be shipped same day. Please keep in mind we only conduct business on business days, Monday through Friday. Therefore, orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays so remember this when choosing the shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.

    What is the cost for Standard Ground Shipping?

    Standard Ground Shipping is always free when your order is over $30. Orders shipped through Standard Ground Shipping are usually shipped within 24-48 hours and will arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Delivery days are Monday through Friday. Cost of standard shipping is $11 for orders less than $30, otherwise its free .

    Expedited Shipping (2-3 Days): Of course! Expedited Shipping is available and is only offered for orders shipped in the Continental United States. It takes about 2-3 days and its $24 Flat Rate. Feel free to contact a customer service representative if you need an expedited shipping quote for Alaska or Hawaii (excluding holidays).

    OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

    Overnight Shipping will be a flat rate of $36.00. Any Overnight orders confirmed prior to 11:00 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be processed and shipped same day, dependent on credit card verification (Please note some Zip Codes DO NOT have over night shipping) Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be shipped on the next Monday (excluding holidays).

    Once my order is placed, how long will it take for my package to arrive?

    Orders are usually shipped between 24-48 hours, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped if you want to track your package. Orders shipped outside of the continental United States we ask that you please allow 8-21 business days for the package to be delivered. Expedited orders shall arrive within the amount of business days determined by your shipping selection choice. To figure out shipping days, start with the first business day after your order is shipped. Orders placed before 11 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be shipped out same day. Orders placed after 11 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be processed and shipped the next day. Example: If a 3 Day Shipping order was placed on Monday after 11:00 AM PST (2 PM EST) it will be processed and shipped out on Tuesday. Wednesday would be the first day of shipping, and it will arrive on the third day, which would be Friday.     Can you ship packages to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

    We are able to ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes using free standard shipping. The delivery time to ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes differs and is usually longer compared to our standard 4-10 business day Ground Shipping.     How long will it take to get fully refunded?

    Almost all returns are processed between 2-5 business days once we receive your returned item(s). When your return has been processed and your refund given back to you, a Return Confirmation email will be sent to you.

    Are you able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii? What is the cost to do so?

    Orders are shipped to Alaska and Hawaii through the United States Postal Service (USPS) for a flat rate of $10.00. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii usually takes between 8-21 business days. Orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you are able to track on USPS.com.

    How will I be able to track my order online?

    When your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You are able to track your item the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped through UPS, you will be given an approximate delivery date when you track the package at UPS.com. If your order is shipped through USPS, you can look at the progress by tracking your package at USPS.com.

    How much are the shipping fees when I use a Return Label?

    We do not provide return labels. The customer is responsible for the payment of all shipping for returns.

    You can ship the returned item(s) back with an insured and traceable shipping carrier of your choosing. We advise keeping a receipt for all returned shipments and saving it for your personal records. In order to minimize costs of shipping, packaging materials, and time feel free to return items from different orders in one package. Be sure to include the respective order numbers for each individual item being sent in the package.

    Am I able to switch my shipping address if my order is placed?

    If the shipping address you gave us is incorrect or needs to be changed, call us immediately at 1-888-790-0007 so we can change your address. If the order has been shipped, We will be charged a $12.00 interception fee as well as transport fees to correct an address. The charge will be billed to the original form of payment, or you can provide new form of payment to pay for the costs.

    If I refuse my package or it happens to be undeliverable, what will happen?

If the order has been shipped, we will be charge a $12.00 interception fee as well as transport fees to correct an address. The charge will be billed to the original form of payment, or you can provide new form of payment to pay for the costs.

    What if I want to try to send the package that was refused or undeliverable again?

    Additional shipping fees are dependent on what new shipping form you select. If you want to cancel an order that was returned to Uptown American, a $7.00 return shipping cost will be taken out of your refund to pay the cost of processing your order. We do reserve the right to void or refund a payment for any package at any time for any reason.     Will I be charged extra shipping backordered items?

    We will always cover the cost of shipping! No additional fees for backordered items will be applied to you. Items that are backordered will be shipped using ground shipping.
