    When will my package ship?

    Package orders with Economy or Standard shipping options will be processed, packaged, and shipped usually within 2-3 business days.

    Orders that are placed with Express Shipping prior to 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time will be are shipped same day. Understand that the day your order is packed and shipped does not count as a day in transit. We do not process or ship during the weekends or holidays therefore take into consideration for non-business days when picking your shipping option. An email will be sent to you containing tracking information once your order has gone out for shipping.

    What are the fees for shipping a package?

    Standard Shipping: $20.00 (approximate arrival date 7-12 business days) Express Shipping: $39.00 (approximate arrival date 3-5 business days) Big orders can be subject to extra shipping fees due to size and weight restrictions. If your package involves extra fees, one of our representatives will contact you in order to approve the extra fees.

    Is Expedited Shipping available to Canada?

    Expedited shipping to Canada can be done via phone, and a firm shipping quote will be given to you toll-free at 1-888-790-0007. Before calling have the style names and shipping address available. Additionally, very big orders may be given extra shipping fees as a result of size and weight restrictions. If your package requires extra fees, one of our representatives will contact you in order to approve the extra fees.

    How am I able to track my order online?

    Canadian orders will be shipped using USPS and delivered by Canada Post or its affiliates. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable). In order to track your package, type your tracking number at When your order enters Canada, you can track it at for further information.

    Will there be taxes and duties due once I receive my packaged order?

    Yes. Uptown American does not control taxes or duties placed on your package by the Canadian government. Taxes and duties most likely will be placed on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your order by officials, the fees will be solely your responsibility. If a coupon was used on your order, taxes and duties will be charged based on the original price. Uptown American is legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any of the item(s).

    What if a package is refused or undeliverable?

    If for some reason your package can’t be delivered, is left unclaimed, or is refused, you are solely responsible for the original as well as return shipping costs, and any duties, taxes, and/or customs fees that are incurred on the package on the original and return shipments. The amount of these fees will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

    Will I be charged additional fees for shipping any backordered items?

    You will only be charged shipping and handling one time, unless your overall total is $100 or more. There will be no extra shipping fees for backordered items that ship separately from the original order. Backordered items are shipped using Economy shipping.
